Dispatch of Orders:
|

In compliance with 'Distance Selling Regulations', the consumer may return the goods to us within 7 working days of receipt of the said goods as long as the returned goods can be sold again as new i.e. the product must be unopened, undamaged and unused.
- We dispatch Credit Card Orders within 1 to 3 working days of receiving the order, if it is approved.
It then takes a few more days to reach you.
- Postal Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
- Cheque Orders are dispatched after they have cleared, this is normally after 7 working days.
- All orders are posted in DISCREET PACKAGES - there is no advertising materials on the parcel you receive from us.
If orders are returned to us due to non-collection from the post office, the postage costs to re-send the item must be paid to us before we can again dispatch the order.
We dispatch all orders via Recorded Delivery.

Returning Items:

Monetary refunds are only given on items that are returned in an unopened & undamaged condition unless otherwise stated.
The customer is responsible for paying all postage costs when returning undamaged, unopened items to us.
How to return items:
- post back the item to us via Recorded or Registered delivery. This will ensure proof of returns to us in case the item is lost in the post.
- make sure you supply us with your name, address, contact number & order number
- on receipt of the item, we will refund you within 10 business days. Our costs will be deducted from your refund total
Shipping
We currently only post items within the UK.Postage is through Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and cost depends on weight

The 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee:

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your results, simply return the unused (or used) tub to us within 30 days from the date the payment amount was taken from your card or 30 days from the time your cheque is deposited into our account.
We will refund you the full amount paid, less our postage, package & admin. charges of UK£5.00.
You must retain proof of the date and that you posted the item back to us. We cannot refund on an item not received or received after the 30 day guarantee period. Royal Mail offer a next day Recorded Delivery service.
- RE: Multi guaranteed product purchases
If you have purchased more than one of our guaranteed products, and you feel that they have not been beneficial, simply return all unused (or used) product tubs back to us within 30 days from the date the payment amount was taken from your card or 30 days from the time your cheque is deposited into our account.
We will refund you the full amount paid, less our postage, package & admin. charges of UK£5.00 for the first item only and £1.50 per item for the second & subsequent items.
You must retain proof of the date and that you posted the items back to us. We cannot refund on items not received or received after the 30 day guarantee period. Royal Mail offer a next day Recorded Delivery service.

However, as each of us are individuals, we respond differently and therefore, with some people it takes longer to derive the maximum beneficial results - please read the 'Recommended Use:' section on each product page for details on how to best use the products.
- This is why we offer you the option to extend our 30 day money-back guarantee to a 60 day money-back guarantee.
It gives the products' active ingredients more time to infiltrate your system in order for you to experience the benefits.

- RE: How to make use of the 60 day money-back guarantee
- Simply purchase a second tub of the same guaranteed product or products and use it as we suggest in the 'Recommended Use:' section on each product page.
- However, in the unlikely event that you are still unhappy with the results after finishing the second tub, simply return ALL the unused (or used) tubs to us within 60 days from the date the first payment amount was taken from your card or 60 days from the time your first cheque is deposited into our account.
- We will then give you a FULL REFUND on your first tub purchase of each guaranteed product and waive (we will not charge you) the standard UK£5.00 postage, packaging & admin. fee.
