For over twenty years I`ve been involved in Health Care.

As a Nurse,midwife and mother of four it has been my constant goal to use the knowledge I`ve aquired in keeping my family healthy and happy, and this I think I`ve achieved since they seem to be healthy well balanced adults.

This medical background has taught me not to accept second best and to constantly look at all aspects of medical care.This took me into other fields such as Homoeopathy,Mineral Therapy and Acupuncture and since I practiced in Sri Lanka I was also fortunate to touch the boundaries of Ayrvedic and herbal medicine.Sri Lanka gave me a wealth of experience as their health depends on natural therapies.
